Who We Are
Evergold Gardens is a small, family company run by Rosie Dixon, a gardener and creative based in Oxfordshire. Our mission is to work with a garden and its owner, to create a space that brings joy, peace and year round beauty.
We work with gardens of any size and have a simple, flexible approach that means you get the service you actually want and need. We pride ourselves on being friendly, neat and productive. We love plants and that really comes across in the care we give them.
Being outside, amongst nature is good for your mind and body. We want you to end up with a garden that's both inspiring and manageable. And we hope that after working with us, you feel wonderful in your garden.

We specialise in small scale, personable and affordable garden design. As a small company, we don't work with hard landscaping, concentrating on designing and creating new garden borders, planting areas, or enhancing the areas you already have.

Often, a garden design is unnessesary and instead, we can spend time choosing the right plants for the right place, improving your soil or adding more colour and year round interest.
We have a flexible service and can help you get the best out of your garden.
If your garden is already making you happy, but you need some help maintaining it, we can help. We can arrange for a regular garden visit from one of our friendly gardeners. We are careful, thoughtful and skilled, so you can feel safe trusting us with your lovely plants. We don't do tree or hedge maintenance as standard (a different skill set), though in some cases we can include this.
FAQs
What are your fees?
This totally depends on your garden needs. Fill in our contact form and we'll give you a call to discuss.
However, to give you a general idea:
Design / planning / consultation: £350 per day.
Labour / planting: £220 per day.
Garden Maintenance: £30 per hour. Minimum 3 hours per session.
We only charge you for what you want and need.
What areas do you cover?
We are based near Bicester and cover most of Oxfordshire and some of Bucks / Northants. We can sometimes travel further but may need to add on transport costs. Let us know where you are based and we'll let you know if we can help.
What are your qualifications?
Rosie holds an RHS2 qualification completed through Nicholson's Gardens. She also worked as a garden consultant for Preston Bissett, creating and tweaking many beautiful gardens and leaving a lasting impression with her clients. As a team, sisters Rosie and Gita have worked together for many years, honing their creativity and craft and ensuring the contentment of those they work with. They both tend to their own lovely gardens and spend their happiest hours in the flora of Oxfordshire.
